Topless barmaid
Is it true that the dock side still has topless barmaids. I'm working on the power station and there would be a gang of lads round the every evening if the rummers where there

Say it is so!!

happy larry
Guy goes into a quiet pub and orders 5 pints and downs the lot in quick succession belches and orders 5 more. The landlord thinks it's great, improving his turnover no end.
The guy drinks his beers, maybe a tad slower than before, belches and orders another 5. He struggles a bit but manages to get them down. Another huge burp.
He says to the landlord who's getting ready to pour some more,
Do you sell shorts?
Of course says the landlord happily.
Well you better sell me a pair cos I just pissed myself.

Carl Allen
Great Inn
If I could live under the tables in a sort of lean-to thingy, eating nothing but the pub grub and pints of Fosters...then I'd be banging my house on the market and buying a decent sleeping bag! ..A lovely little homely pub near enough to Liverpool to enjoy the famous sharp scouse like wit- but far enough to chortle away the hours at the outlandish farm fashions of the locals which distingish them from their Liverpudlian neighbours! Me and my Mother in law loved it.

A man with a dog walked into a pub. The landlord said, Sorry Sir, no dogs. Bluffing outrageously, the man said I'm blind,.. its my Guide Dog. The landlord looks doubtful and said, But its a Yorkshire Terrier. The dog owner put on a look of astonishment and said What? But they told me it was a very small labrador!
