I was disgusted with your standard of service when visiting your establishment on Thursday 3rd July. I waited 45 minsfor food,people who came in 30 mins after me were served before me.No apologies from staff were offered so I left having got my money back. I had not been to you pub for some time as I had experienced poor food and service before. I THINK ITS TIME YOU TOOK A LOOK AT STAFF TRAINING IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND SERVICE.
I WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN IN A HURRY AND CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING OTHER PEOPLE TO VISIT YOU.
